Return Policy

Touchstone Shop: Due to the nature of small-batch ceramics, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and effectively packing up the returned item. Items should be returned undamaged. Reach out to hello@touchstone-la.com to initiate a return. Please note, all sale items and custom orders are final.

Touchstone Art: All art sales are final.

Shipping Policy

Touchstone Shop orders receive notice immediately that their order is in process. Upon shipment of the order, you will receive an additional confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3-5 weeks leadtime when ordering Touchstone Design products.

Touchstone Art orders will be contacted directly to discuss preferred shipping methods and timing.

Please note we do not currently ship to destinations outside of the U.S. territories.
